ABSA has lost my original Title Deeds

My Title Deeds is missing from ABSA. My bond was fully paid up in 2009 and the bond was cancelled during 2010. After that I never followed up with ABSA for the original Title Deeds. On the 12 August 2020 I have called and spoken to ABSA Home Loans Cancellations division. I was advised to send an email to *** of which I did. I received an automated email response with a Reference number. I subsequently visited the Menlyn Park branch to report. I have visited the branch five times since then making a follow up. My last visit was on the 09/10/2020. The ABSA staff member who was assisting me told me that he has escalated my issue within ABSA but there was no one who was taking this issue to assist in having it resolved. I am now stuck with a fully paid up house without the Title Deeds. I don't know what to do now. I have decided to complain on Hello Peter with a hope that ABSA will respond and try to assist me. This will also help others to be careful when they make decisions to buy their houses through ABSA.
