Absa has bad employees that treat customers with stinking attitude around Richards bay and eMpangeni

I have been experiencing bad service from absa Richards bay and eMpangeni branch for quite some time, last week on the 26th of March 2026 and today 31 March 2026 in Richards bay, bad service bad attitude, if not stinking attitude from ladies that are working in both these branches. No one tells you which ques/ line to join. When you reach the wrong destination it's like you're mad. I am going to rally my colleagues from Transnet to close their accounts as I am going to close mine. I am Gatvol with Absa branches.
