Absa Hartbee****rt surprise
On Monday 14th March I had to go to pick up my new credit card from Absa Hartbee****rt Village Mall. I went there with trepidation as from my previous experiences service and attitude are poor at this branch generally speaking- so i prepared myself mentally for this generally bad and time-consuming experience!! . However i have to comment that Kagiso who helped me with my card renewal was really excellent both in capacity and attitude. The whole process was quick and efficiently executed with a great manner!!
