ABSA Harassing Me while I amUnder Debt Review – ***** Division Abuse

I am under debt review, with a court order in place. I have not missed a single payment. My ABSA card is destroyed and the account is blocked as per debt review regulations, so there can be no *****. Yet ABSA’s so-called “***** division” phoned me directly, (TWICE) in clear violation of debt review protections. This is harassment and a breach of the National Credit Act. I demand ABSA respect the debt review process and stop bypassing my debt counsellor. I will escalate this to the NCR if it continues and inform my debt review counsellor.
