Absa harassing me after i made arrangements with them

I'm furious and fed up now. Absa has been harassing me and threatening me i have been in contact with absa every time when i get an sms or a call regarding my personal loans i have proof of every call that i made to them to arrange payment plans,and everytime somebody else phones me after we agreed on a payment plan then they said no notes is made to the system??????????? what is going on what happened to all calls are recorded???????? i made payment arrangements on both my accounts i comply with my arrangements and still they harass me and say i fail to comply and i dont get in touch with absa which is a LIE......... now i get threatened with court?????? why ???? i have proof of all my communication all the calls that has been recorder i pay my accounts according to our arrangements and still they say i fail to get in touch to make arrangements ???? I am going to the ombudsman and i'm going to report absa all over where i can because this is unacceptable for them to treat me like this ??????? don't the people who phones me and speaks to me do they work ??????? I'm Fed up ABsa did not want to help me in the first place when i reached out for help and i have proof
