ABSA handover

I closed my cheque account with ABSA many years ago, this morning I get a call from MBD Credit Solutions saying that I have been handed over. I called ABSA explaining that I closed my account many years ago, phindile from ABSA then states but I used the card in March and April. I explained that I dont even have a bank, my account is closed. She states that I used the account in Marcha April. Below are the names I spoke to at ABSA and no one could assist: Adelene, Ann, Dawn, Sharlene, Tanyia, Silvia and then Phindile who could care about what I was telling her.
