Absa handling of Natis documents for deceased estate

It’s been over a year after the passing of my husband. I called absa in regards to the car which was still being owned by the bank, I first presented at the bank in 2020/10 of which I was informed they will put the account on hold and thereafter after contacting them again in 2021/06 (ref number- C***5)doing a follow up, I wasn’t contacted back and their phones weren’t being answered. After presenting to the bank I was then assisted and was informed that the car is still being owed and need to pay +R26 000, which was paid 09/05/2022, was waiting for Natis documents to be sent to estate attorney. On 17/06/2022 called CCD couriers to enquire about the documents and was informed ABSA requested them back without giving reason. Now the person liaising with the attorney handling the estate hasn’t gotten back to us and their are difficult to get ahold of as a department. The car is sitting there falling apart, I can’t drive it as RMTC won’t issue me with a license disc stating they need a Natis document of which I’m not getting. I’m frustrated and need assistance.

I’m frustrated and need assistance in this regard. Kind regards
