Absa Handed over with no warning!!!!

I took out a personal loan with absa a year or 2 ago. End of last year the company I am working for did not have enough work and all staff were placed on sgort timr, including myself. Due to this I could not pay my installment for a while. Absa contacted me several times and everytime I explained the situation and made an arrangement. I made an arrangement to pay what I could on a weekly basis. After the arrangement and the weekly payments I started making, the account balance suddenly appeared as R0.00. I tried transfering money to the account which is impossible as it shoes as a zero balance. I phoned absa several times and they just kept on telling me to try again later. I gave up!!! Never got any phone call again from absa for a month or two and suddenly I got an email saying I was handed over! How can you hand me over after arrangements were made and a weekly payment was done as per my arrangement! I have been trying to get feedback regarding this from Mac Robert and guess what? They are just as useless with their customer service! I am not able to gat any feedback from them or Absa for weeks! I have several emails begging for feedack! I will forward them with pleasure! I need to sort out this account! I would love to make payments Absa!!! I will not pay anything to Mac Robert as an arrangement was made with Absa and I hounered my arrangement! Please put my loan back on my profile so that I can start making transfers again!
