Absa handed my house to legal, despite Debt review

Me and my husband is currently under debt review and never skipped a payment. Last week Friday the Absa Sheriff delivered a legal document threatening to reposes the house. According to my DC the Bank did not follow proper protocol and did deliver those documents wrongfully. My Problem is how does that happen? Is their any control at ABSA? Do the departments not communicate with one another? How can you come to a house and threaten a person's house if according to them and the DC all is well?<br> <br> This is unacceptable and would like this matter to be investigated by ABSA.
