ABSA Hamanskraal is ageist and hates the elderly

ABSA Hamanskraal has the worst service I have experienced. While there today, my mother, a pensioner, was made to stand in a long queue in the cold. No chairs were offered to the elderly. This is the only ABSA branch in Hammanskraal. You would think they'd know better.

My experience with other ABSA branches has shown me that pensioners and the elderly are given priority over other customers. It's appalling that in the midst of a global pandemic that is claiming the lives of the elderly more than any other demographic, our parents are made to queue and risk their lives.

June 15th marked World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. It's clear to see that ABSA Hamanskraal doesn't care about the elderly.

I would like to know what will be done to improve conditions for the elderly.
