ABSA goodbye
I am finally wrapping up/closing all my bank business with ABSA Bank after probably 30 years as an ABSA client. It took me some years to move to another bank, but I am so happy to be able to phone and talk to a person at the branch of my new bank, e-mail the same person when I have a problem, and not have to sit in a que on hard steel benches for too long every time I go into the ABSA branch. The services/bank charges at my new bank are also half that of ABSA. I am saving big time in every respect. Change can be good. In this instance it is great.
