ABSA GOOD RESPONSE
I lodged a complaint against Absa and they contacted me. Though it took long to get it resolved, it is now resolved and now finalizing minor details. Thanks to Nthabiseng who Is responsible for ABSA Social Media accounts. She assisted a lot.
