Absa gone rougue

Please do not take out any cover from Absa. They are *****s. They more than happy to sell you insurance but when ever you claim they are full of excuses why they don't pay. There managers are none existant. Their phone consultants are clueless. Simply don't deal with this bank. Good luck at the short term ombudsman Absa. They act like a bunch of fly by nights. Be ware not to take out any insurance from them doesn't matter what the promise. The only debit your account after 30 us years it's time to get rid of these bank thats gone rouge
