Absa gold bundle value benefits ARE included

I've app**** for the disability benefits on my gold value account after receiving an sms from absa saying which type of benefits are automatically included on my account. Now that i have app**** they send me an email saying "Please note that there is no credit life policy with us, therefore there is no disability on the value bundle account" what the hell..the sms said it is included on this account, which means i don't have to apply for this policy. Absa your services starts to suck. It's not as if i have send the sms to myself. I give you 1 day go fix this. You know i read that you are loosing customers by the day. Now i know why. Here is the sms i received... Absa: Hallo mej. Champion , jou Goud Value Bundle-rekening sluit Afleggings- en Ongeskiktheidsdekking van R5000 elk in. Een van die vereistes is dat jou verklaarde maandelikse inkomste in jou Absa-rekening betaal moet word. B&V geld. Gem FDV/NCRCP7

I want this because i qualify. I don't want to hear accuses

I don't know why all these investigations. It stipulates on absa internet site that disibility benefits are autkmati6cally included and that i'm covered as long as my salary are deposit into this account. I'm not gonna let this go. And with automatically it means i don't have to apply for a "policy". I have send print screens from your site and the sms. It is clearly that absa HQ don't have a clue of all their bank packages. I'm not gonna leave this. Why do you want policy number if i'm sending the flippen proof of your site. You people aint qualified for this job because you can't read a simple sms, internet site search. You keep on asking me for a flippen policy no. That will never exist. You have my id number, you have your pc's so go lookup what I have absa and do your research on your absa website. I did your research for you and still you ask question.
