ABSA going beyond to deliver POOR service
Can someone from ABSA Private Bank please explain to me why I keep on receiving messages that I have an outstanding payment on my loan account and yet these payments are being paid via debit order of which I have no control over.

Do you remember me directing you to the two emails from ABSA indicating that my Credit Protection Plan will laps before the date you indicated when feedback will be given?
It amazes me that this does not warrant more urgency from you.
