Absa Glenfair. Fabulous service from Ntsiki Kajeni.

I would like to thank Ntsiki Kajeni at the Customer Service desk for the exceptional level of service she gave me yesterday at Absa Glenfair Branch. I was in the branch 3 times during the day (my fault for not having the right documents) and I was the last customer to leave, well after 4pm, as the queues were very long for Customer Service assistance. Ntsiki did it all with good humour and a smile. She worked through the whole day without a break. Even when the systems did not cooperate and recognise a fingerprint on an old hand at the end of the day, causing her to reload my application a number of times, she did it all with good humour and a lovely gentle manner. I was amazed. Absa are lucky to have her. What a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you Ntsiki.
