ABSA GLENFAIR CARD DISASTER

Premium account charges, yet Gold account issued. You are willing to collect R 190 monthly fees on a Premium account, yet when I requested a new card (since the old card is about to expire), your system decided to issue me with a Gold card. The difference in fees is R 190 vs R 109 per month. Seeing that your system decided what you want to issue and I had no choice, please refund the monthly bank charges for the last 6 years back to my account. You cannot charge a client a monthly account fee for a premium account, yet treat him as a Gold account holder.
