ABSA giving wrong info ,thereby costing me a loan!

I app**** for a loan with another institution . My wife bought her car 18 months ago , and was financed via ABSA. When the loan institution contacted them(ABSA ) they reported that my wife was in arrears (9 months ).This was untrue but it cost me the loan. My wife contacted them and they said she was the 2nd person that day who complained about the same issue.. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ABSA NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER . THEY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE . SICKENING.
