Absa giving nonsense service

I am debited unduly with even people I don’t know some use my account to pay whatever. I see sms confirming payments and reserving with my card with me and having not given permission to such transactions I went to Absa branch no reversals were done I am told stories I ask the teller to reverse clientele debit which is debiting unduly she says check debits they are not allowed to touch unless I have cancellation confirmation. I give it to her then new story of system not opening those transactions I ask for the manager she’s not here. She gives me a new debit card because this 1 is accessed unauthorised and boom she calls within 30 minutes because she gave me a wrong debit card that belongs to someone else. Absa we are naked, *****’s and ******** access our accounts as if you have agreements with them
