absa giving me hell while im on hellzone

im very irate on how Absa is treating us as clients and i dont even know what to do now... call after call repeating the same thing... As painfull as it is that i have an outstanding amount with Absa because of some stupid housing agent who made me to be in this debt Absa is adding the pain worse .

i signed an OAD for the oustanding amount im owing and on the letter it confirmed i will be paying r650.00 and some change , last month they never debited it thats when i call last week to ask whats happening and was advised that my banking details were cancelled , who got authority to thst coz even the AOD was accompanied by my banking details for the stop order

then i told the Agent to do an escalation for me which he did and said because the debit order run has passed he will request it to be done monday , and yes Sunday night there was a debit order suprisingly they debited more not the arranged amount , i called Monday spoke to a Supervisor reference number: c-***3 who he requested someone to call , that other supervisor i think its from finance department called me and advise they will arrange a refund , until today i have to be the one calling them .......

Im not a billionaire im getting a salary which i have other things to pay if Absa is doing this to me i do not know what to do anymore
