ABSA - Ghandi square and Virgin Money - TERRIBLE

A safety deposit box was opened when I was much younger, My brother opened it and I somehow got ****med that I was signing for him to open it. Anyway ABSA now has taken money from my VIRGIN MONEY card for payment of a box I never even knew I had. They are unhelpful in closing it or coming to any resolution - ofcourse they just want their money! I do not suggest anyone deals with these people or even gets a safety box? Who does that anyway anymore? This issue has been going on for months - they do not have to pay the credit card fees? and yet they can offer no solution. I do not suggest anyone gets a absa account or a virgin money card as they will take your money without your consent anyway.
