Absa gezina galleries I paid of my car with AVAF on the 14/24/4.I opted that my parcel of ownership be delivery at Gezina Galleries.On the 26/2/24 i asked my private banker to follow up since i didn't receive any communication if my parcel had arrived.She was told the parcel hadnt arrived,she did follow up on the 28/2/24 and was told the parcel hadnt arrived I called AVAF hotline,they told me the parcel arrived on the 16/2/24 ,signed by V Myburgh. I then decided to visit the branch,my parcel was there but V Myburgh never called /emailed that my parcel had arrived The annoying thing is i have 21 days to visit the traffic department but already absa has wasted 2 weeks sitting with my parcel
