ABSA Garage card

<p>I went to Woodlands ABSA on saturday to cancel my garage card as I am paying bank charges monthly and not using the cards.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see today that I got charged R120 for cancelling the card. "Lost card fees" I explained to the service representative that the card is not lost, but that I filed it away at home. I want to save some money by cancelling unnecessary cards and accounts, but does not look like you can do this with ABSA, because all they know is charging bank charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone from ABSA contact me so we can fix this mess. ( I want the Bank charges reversed and I do not want a garage card anymore as I only use my credit card the garage card is not "Lost".)</p>
