Absa Gabsa.... Payment holiday

Well Absa In December 2019 I app**** for restructuring as I was going on maternity leave with just uif as a income. Absa approved my application and the amout was reduced, but.... Feb 2020 the new amount was deboted from my account, March 2020 the full amount was debited. I contacted absa and the consultant said it will be fixed and the rest will be paid back to me. April the full amount was debited again. No answers on emails, facebook, or call centre. Now absa tried to debit my account again with a different amount. And i have to pay the penalty fee of R61 for insufficient funds. I rely on uif contributions and not my salary. Why was the application approved but absa still hasn't helped me. I app**** in advance so my vehicle finance would not go in arrears
