absa funeral policy update of beneficiary-no response after requesting follow up if policy beneficiary was updated

my assisted my father sending his update policy beneficiary's for absa life funeral policy. we emailed polserv on the 28 September 2023 ,with update beneficiary forms and id, we waited for update, we sent follow up email asking if the funeral policy beneficiary is updated no response from absa life.

my father has funeral policy over 20 years all we require if the beneficiary as been up dated
