ABSA Funeral Policy Changed Without Consent

I receive my Funeral Policy renewal notice sometime late March 2022. Upon reviewing my schedule I noted that one of the Insured persons were replace by an unknown person and the beneficiary of the policy changed, again to an unknown person. I immediately informed ABSA (polserve) by email (I battled to get hold of anyone on the phone. I followed with another another email, even trheatening to exposed this obvious attempted *****. Poleserve responded that I must provide copies of the ID's of the person I want to add to my policy. I refused to send it as I did not request a change to my policy. I have since heard nothing. A week ago I lodged a complaint with ABSA, providing an earlier schedule dated Oct 2021 and the latest (changed) schedule and I was promised that I will investigated and a response expected at 10am 20 April 2022.

It does not look like ABSA is taking this seriously. What will happen if a claim arise. It will be rejected or even paid to the unknown beneficiary,

This cannot be an isolated incident and in my mind is an attempt to de***** me in the case of a claim. What if there is more cases like this. Image the victims of the KZN floods attempting to claim on ABSA policies only to find that their policy was changed without their knowledge.
