Absa funeral cover disastrous services!

Talk about complete ****s and zero client service or caring about their clients for that matter!

Been an Absa funeral policy holder for over 5 years now, I covered my grandmother at the benefit of R10000 in the event of death. Called them today to update my details and to my surprise, granny is only covered for R4000, I mean a freakin R4000?

No one bothered to inform me when such changes were made, all along I have been under the impression that all is still good.

Extremely ****ed, what a ripoff! Absa though
