ABSA FUNERAL COVER : ***

<p>I am Angie Maake policy payer of above policy number . I took the policy for my mother 2003 and i did choose her as my beneficiary and there was no benefiacry on her policy because i thought premium payer it can be the beneficiary . My mother pass away on the 25 May 2016 and when i submitted my claim to ABSA funeral cover department i was told that i had to bring the letter of authority , i didnt understand why i had to do that because i was never that when she pass away they will need that letter and again this is sample funeral cover not life cover . I want my money to be paid to me as soon as possible as i had to struggle so much borrowing money from there people to bury her even now im still paying the policy for what because she pass away . I do have all the documents with me i can re-submit if needed .</p>
