Absa funeral claim

My son died. The death certificate says unnatural. I send all the relevant documentation to absa funeral to be paid out. Absa phoned me and said that they are looking post mortum report. I was informed by the mautchury that it can take approx 2 years to get that report. I used my pension to pay for the funeral. The funeral cover is 3 years old and this is the treatment that absa gives me. I'm still in marn with my son death. Now I must fight for the money. Policy nr *** H N Britz ***
