Absa Fund managers shocking service.

On Monday the 22nd of February I spoke to Thabiso from Absa Fund Managers to withdraw money from my Unit trust to pay over to my FNB account. He advised me to register for online banking and do it via online banking. I did register for online banking, but there was no option to change the beneficiary account to FNB, so by mistake I chose the beneficiary account as my Absa cheque account which have been closed. I phoned again to and spoke to Thabiso, who had to ask a collage what to do, so eventually he emailed my the documentation to complete, which I did and returned to him the same day, with proof of address, by FNB statement and ID. On Tuesday I got a call from one of consultants telling me the Absa account has been closed, which I confirmed, and ask her to please pay in my FNB account. On Wednesday I got a call from Thato saying that the funds will be in my FNB account on Friday. Then shortly after she called me, she send me an email, saying that the funds have been paid to my FNB account on Tuesday night, which was absolutely not true.

I contacted her on Thurdsay explaining everything again, she said she will phone me back, I haven't heard from her again. I phoned again on Friday, I spoke to Thabiso who said he will phone me back. Im still waiting for his call.

If this issue is not resolved by Monday, I will open a case of ***** at the SAPS and go to social media with this. This is absolutely shocking service!!
