absa fuel cashback false advertising

i heard about absa rewards.i have registered afew years back and was told about the upto 20% cashback if i swipe at any sasol garage!i was told i can also use my absa credit card and id still qualify for the rewards.its been 3 months and i havent received the full reward amount.very dissatisfied absa customer
