Absa Frozen Funds

I've shared a review regarding my absa credit card on the 27th of March which was flagged for ***** because apparently my " Employment wasn't validated" received an email from one of the absa employees whom I have writen back to and they went AWOL on me regarding this ***** pending on my name please kindly assist by advising how do I go on from here
