ABSA FROZEN ACCOUNTS AND NO PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

During May 2025 my account went into FICA lockup with Absa without notification I am currently hospitalized and facing significant difficulties due to my bank account being frozen. I called Absa 0860 no,) but to no avail. Their rules have changed and no exceptioned would be made for a person in need. I am an elderly lady with severe disabilities, including rheumatoid arthritis and COPD Stage 4, and has recently undergone a right hip replacement surgery. I am bedridden and rely on an electric wheelchair for mobility. Due to my condition, I am unable to visit the bank to sort out my account issues. The current situation is causing me stress, exacerbating my health condition and making it difficult for me to breathe. I urgently needs access to my funds to pay for essential expenses, including: - Rent - Medical fund contributions Given my circumstances, it is imperative that an Absa representative urgently visits me in hospital to assist with the necessary documentation and procedures to unfreeze my account. This would greatly alleviate my stress and ensure that my financial obligations are met. I kindly request that you arrange for a representative to me at my hospital bedside as soon as possible. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as every day without access to my funds adds to my distress and hardship Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this urgent matter
