ABSA froze funds, no reference number provided or any direct communication.

ABSA froze some funds in my account, when I enquire I get referred to ***** department. No one from ***** department rep**** to me with the amount/reference number. I don't even know the assigned investigator.

It's almost a year, no help is coming my way. All i get is auto-reply emails.
