ABSA froze business account without calling me to say they are doing it

I was never informed that my business account had to be fica'd. So ABSA just froze my account at the end of the month when I had to pay staff etc. Went into Gardens ABSA and they said they can only call Business Banker on my behalf. Spoke to her and she said she will send me documents but she is too busy and she will do it when she has time. That was 24 hours ago. Still waiting for the docs. Went to Seapoint was told they will write a complaint on my behalf as they have many customers who come in with the same problem. Someone called me and said they will try their best to send me the docs. Even after asked but can't you insure me you will send it, she just kept that she will try my best. So after they would have tried their best, if I get the docs, I will have to wait for tomorrow - day 4 then they will see if they are able to get it done.
