ABSA ***** from Client's in festive season.

ABSA subtracted my vehicle finance debit order 2x this month. I read the other reviews and it seams exactly the same thing happened to hundreds of other clients. ABSA really should be ashamed of the way loyal clients are being ****** by them. While most of us are on Christmas holiday it is absolutely the last thing we want to do is going to a bank near our Holliday destination to sort out these problems. We should not have to, but there is not even a one way of connecting with them on a phone or other way. Wich makes this situation even worse is that I did not give ABSA permission to move the date to the 14th....but they did it any way.
