Absa freezed account

Why is my account frozen. I saw there's a number of people complaining about their accounts being frozen. I was a joke today when I try to wipe my card and it declined. I went to the atm trying to withdraw the money and still I can't. So I would love to know why is my account freezed and when can it be unfreezed because I'm tuck here my money is there. Give me my money and freeze your account in peace so I can switch to a better bank. Now my baby doesn't have diapers because my money is stuck there. Please resolve this.
