absa fraugh

I placed an order on Marketplace for chairs for the amount of R9050 i did a payment from my absa credit card. The delivery was confirmed for the next day. when i did not received my goods, I immediately called absa fraught to stop the transaction this was over a weekend and not even 24 hours yet. the lady who did take my call said she have contacted standard bank and closed the account to keep the money. this all happened on the 8th of Jully. I opened a fraught case with the police, the address given by the **** supplier does not exist. absa received all docs within a week and i did call to confirm that they did receive it. The rangeland guy is still redraughting people on Facebook and i call absa every week to find out when will we get our money in our account, i spend hours on the phone with no luck, the investigator will call, she never does no one else does. I did send a letter to absa fraught to the management to get the matter resolved they did not even reply back. Today i called again and today the lady said. oh yes it shows your case has been Closed. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!
