It is official! this excuse of a bank called ABSA (and it’s changes) is pathetic and the staff at Mall of Africa is just useless. I mean all I want is to close the stupid account that they are making money from and move on to greener pastures.

It’s true what they say, RED is for danger. How could people still trust this ********** money house (not bank)???

I am so annoyed people. ABSA is definitely not the future and the Ombadsman will definitely know about this latest incident!

I returned to ABSA again today and they still won’t assist in getting this account closed. A consultant by the surname of Mhlanga, rude as she was, told me I have to come back tomorrow. Do I need to contact the Ombadsman about this? It is really rediculous how business is done here. (As I do more research on my rights as a customer)
