ABSA ********** car insurance

Absa car finance gave me a call indicating I have to provide proof of insurance cover. As requested I submitted my insurance policy schedule to the email provided: ***. I waited weeks on end without any acknowledge of receipt, I later submitted again. Then I further called Absa car finance to inquire if they had received my insurance policy, I was told by an consulted to email the policy to another email address: ***. Shortly later I received a debit check which included car insurance which I did not sign up for nor had any acknowledgement of. I rejected the debit check but Absa still preformed the debit order without an approval from my end. I further did another phone call to Absa where I was referred to some manager by the name of Shanice Angelbrecht. She asked me to email my policy again for the 3rd time, which I did and directed the mail to her. Still no acknowledgement of receipt from her and ABSA. Now ABSA is continuously adding this insurance to my car monthly payment. This negatively impacts on my finances because am paying for two insurances on the same motor vehicle. Absa is **********ly adding motor vehicle insurance to their clients without any approval from the client.
