ABSA ********** account

2 years ago someone committed ***** with my identity and purchased a car using ABSA vehicle finance. Their vetting process was very poor for a person applying for credit for over 500 000. Fortunately i was able to stop the transaction before the person received the vehicle but unfortunately for me the car had already been registered in my name.

ABSA committed to reversing everything and ensuring they fix this with the credit bureaus but till this day this vehicle haunts me. They have still not removed it. I have been going back a forth with them and it seems they dont take me seriously. I have been assisted by Phumza Mtshemla and Ntsabiseng Sibande who both committed to assisting but My credit is still being affected because they have not removed it.

I cannot purchase anything due to this vehicle affecting my credit. Its still visible on my on all the itc profiles and seems as if I am not paying for this non existent account.

I am suffering for 2 years because ABSA cannot do a simple thing like removing an account from the credit bureaus
