ABSA *****ULANT TRANSACTIONS

My Mother in Law was caught by a ******* phoning her to tell her the ******* is calling form Absa Head Office. She gave my Mother in Law a lot of details about her accounts ( like she has 2 and 1 is a 32 day notice account... My Mother in Law lives in outside a small Karoo town and they still trust people.. So she made the mistake to give her ID no to the lady on the other side.. This happened the afternoon of the 26 June 2018.. So on the morning of the 27th she phoned the local branch just to confirm this as she became worried and yes, R 10 k is missing.. Different transactions Uber, Takelot, Total Garage, ( which I hope to get some footage from tomorrow). Now, after nearly 2 months, nothing has happened.... Bank charges her for sending Emails to Resolve. ?? Really? She does not have internet access and in that town there is no internet cafes, so how else must she get emails sent to RESOLVE the problem

Worst service ever ... Absa.. LET ME BE CLEAR..... This is not the way you treat people ( especially pensioners)
