Absa ***** unresolved

My Partner has an absa account money went out of her account amount close to R6000 she logged a case with absa ***** department following day went to absa Sandridge only to find out wrong case was logged under her account with wrong customer details of someone else’s ***** case so assistance logged new case only to find out new case was closed without customer contact is absa serious about business it this a bank to trust with your money seems like they take customers for a joke real real disappointed I’m going to give bad referrals to anyone and there very own customers no customer services seems like they doing ***** them self’s still can’t believe to date my partner didn’t get money that was taken from her account by ********** people and absa did not do a thing hopeless service but yet takes monthly deductions for having an account
