Absa ***** on credit card

I ordered an airfryer online on 27/11/2021 from a company called Tidee. When I entered my Absa credit card details, it was declined. So I used my debit card details and it was accepted.

On the next day I saw that an amount of R929 (price of the airfryer) was deducted from my debit card, and the same amount was deducted on 27/11 from my credit card.

I tried contacting Tidee, but they only have an email address and they do not respond back to me.

I reported this to Absa ***** line but they are also not coming back to me.

I would like these payments to be paid back to me if at all possible.
