Absa ***** Line useless
I am trying to find out where to ********** ATM withdrawals were made with my ABSA credit card. I have a Saswitch reference number for the withdrawals. Case has been opened with SAPS. Absa's ***** line claims they have no idea how to tell which Saswitch ATM was used because 'they can't give information on another business'? As if they do not have a formalised agreement with the other banks which allows clients to use their respective ATMs!
