Absa ***** line

Someone has been attempting to use my absa card to do an online transaction. There have been 32 attempts to guess my CVV number before they finally succeeded and proceeded with a transaction. While this is going on we called the absa ***** line. We have been holding the line for 50 minutes, and counting, while listening to a sickening tune and being told that our call will be answered soon. In the meantime the perpetrators are using the card.
