Most of you probably have heard this cliche , I fell victim to internet banking **** and after investigation I was told that I was complacent to the ***** that occurred in both my accounts . That I have clicked some ******* application that compromised my account , for goodness sake I never never even open my monthly or is it weekly absa statements , mostlof them lie unopened in my mailed . What educated them that I have randomly opened mailed not from them ? I have intrusted them to look after my money and mike sure that no ********** activities happen but looks like I was wrong as as the only ***** might have happened inside the bank as I scan recal there only time I used internet banking application in the bank was at the midrand branch what gives them the nerve to say I was complacent? Bantlhaela Maswe for a lack of a better word , they say a long standing client of theirs they will give me ex gratis payment as if they are making me a favor, Bathong a sebete se se kanna? All I need is my money back if they can prove that I was complacent as they claim please give me prove I don’t like being patronized and treated like I don’t count if I’m not happy reposts to sos so and if not happy to the ombudsman who everybody know s is very efficient! Places emy money and there funny part is that they happy to take service changes ? In there ***** transactions?
