***** Investigator, Nonsikelelo Mpila has not made any contact within the last 21 working business days since the case was initially reported. Even After numerous calls and emails over the last 3 weeks there has still been no contact made nor ANY ASSISTANCE/UPDATE AT ALL from anyone in the department regarding the matter let alone the *********** staff at Absa ***** especially the investigator. Zakira Serris ***** consultant, does not know how to accommodate clients dealing in such matters at all and should find a different path although with the low customer satisfactory standards received it quite fits the staffs below horrific standards appropriately and that they harbor **********.
