Absa ***** department is useless

I opened a ***** case as some transaction went without my permission, they said the investigator will call me for further questions. 14 days later the investigator didn’t call but I’m getting a call from the consultant to say that is a dispute case!!! I don’t have time to wait again I want my money back into my account.
