Absa ***** department is a joke!!!!!!!
Absa ***** department is a joke!!!!!!! **** service from these guys, I opened a case on the 25th of August and I was advised the case will take 7 to 10 working days to be resolved, I spend money everyday trying to call them and case is still pending as the investigator has never attempted calling me. Today is day 10 and guess what!!?? no one has called me and apparently they are not allowed to copy me on emails they send to him, I am done with this **** service!
